    Dr Harold Bayonne Jr. MD
    Anesthesiology & Pain Management Specialist

    Dr. Harold J. Bayonne Jr. earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Northwestern
    State University, graduating as the top student in the Biological Sciences Department in
    1997. He attended LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans for medical school,
    where he received the Henry and Delia Selby Merit Scholarship awarded to the most
    promising incoming student.


    Following medical school, Dr. Bayonne completed an internship and residency in
    Anesthesiology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. During residency, he rotated
    through pain management programs at MD Anderson Cancer Center and the Michael
    E. DeBakey VA Medical Center. Recognized for leadership and excellence, Dr. Bayonne
    was elected Chief Resident by peers and faculty and received the Robert Dripps Award
    for the most outstanding resident at Baylor College of Medicine in 2005.


    In 2005, Dr. Bayonne began private practice in Alexandria, Louisiana. He pioneered the
    hospital’s ultrasound program for advanced acute pain procedures and has maintained
    a strong focus on both acute and chronic pain throughout his career. Over the last
    decade, Dr. Bayonne has participated in advanced courses nationwide, earning
    certifications in every cutting-edge procedure available. Passionate about the growth of
    pain and regenerative medicine, he remains committed to offering the latest treatments
    to the Louisiana community—now and in the future.

    Dr. Max Keeling

    Dr. Max Keeling specializes in Interventional Pain Management with a background in Emergency Medicine. He completed a fellowship in Pain Medicine from the University of Mississippi Medical Center’s department of Anesthesia. 

    Dr. Keeling earned a bachelors in Biomedical Science from Auburn University, completed medical school at Lincoln Memorial University and his residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. During residency, he served as Chief Resident, was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society, and received the Nurses’ Appreciation Award in recognition of his collaborative and compassionate care.

    Following residency, he was appointed as assistant professor of Emergency Medicine. His desire to care for his patients beyond the emergent setting led him to pursue a fellowship in Pain Management. Today, he specializes in minimally invasive, evidence-based treatments to help patients manage chronic pain, restore function, and improve their overall quality of life.

  • Katherine Dixon, APRN, FNP-C.
    Katherine Dixon APRN, FNP-C
    Nurse Practitioner

    Katherine Dixon, APRN, FNP-C, is an experienced family nurse practitioner with a career spanning more than two decades in nursing and advanced practice. She earned her nursing degree in 1998 and her Master of Science in Nursing in 2020 from Northeast Louisiana University (now ULM). She had a diverse career in pediatrics, ambulatory surgery, and post-anesthesia care.

    Her passion for education led her to teach in the University of Louisiana at Monroe’s BSN program for over five years, where she helped shape the next generation of nurses. During that time, she also practiced as a nurse practitioner at Haik Humble and Rayville Family, later expanding her clinical experience with work in oncology before transitioning into interventional pain management, where she continues to serve patients today.

    Outside of her professional role, Katherine enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and her doodle, Ollie.


  • Jordan Morgan, APRN, FNP-C.
    Jordan Morgan APRN, FNP-C

    Jordan Morgan, APRN, FNP-C, is a dedicated family nurse practitioner with a strong foundation in both acute and primary care. She graduated from Louisiana Tech University’s nursing program in 2013 and went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2022.

    Jordan began her career with a decade of experience in the neonatal intensive care unit and obstetrics, where she developed a deep commitment to patient-centered care. After becoming a nurse practitioner, she expanded her expertise with two years in neurology and primary care, blending knowledge from both specialties to deliver comprehensive, compassionate care to her patients in the interventional pain setting. 

    Outside of her professional role, Jordan enjoys time with her family. Whether cheering on her boys at the baseball fields or enjoying life at home with their three well-loved dogs, her family, faith, and compassion remain at the heart of everything she does.
